How to book with us! 

 

When booking with us we do require speaking with you over the phone, before sending you a personalised link to finish the booking online. This is because there is a lot of information to go through.


However; we like to express we cannot guarantee entry if you turn up without prior notice, we do get booked up very quickly.


So make sure to give us a call between 8:30 - 945 as lines close throughout the day, because we are a small team. However feel free to leave us a voice message at any time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Now you know the methods to come and book with us, let us inform you of the information we need to book you in.

 

  • Date And time (We work on the hour)
  • Full Name 
  • How Many People (Please mention any children and their ages)
  • Interest in either the standard menu or our cream tea menu.
  • Any food allergies or intolerances. (Peanut Allergy? Dairy free? Vegan?)
  • Mobile Number.

 

It's very important to remember we work on the hour , so we can only make bookings at the beginning of the hour. With 3pm being our last session in the summer and 2pm being our last session in the winter. Each session lasting a total of 50 minutes with the last session only last 45 minutes..


You may be asking why we need to know how many children and their ages? As its for the cats protection and running in line with the Animal Welfare Act, we cannot have more children to the number of the cats at any point. 


If you would like our Afternoon Tea or Cream Tea menus,  it is important to tell us while booking as we do prepare the scones fresh on the day. (we do require 48 hours notice)


We ask for a mobile number for a couple of reasons.


 

  1.  For the entrance fee which we take ahead of schedule by sending a text message to your mobile number, which will contain details where you can go online to our page and pay it securely. The entrance fee is what you would have to pay to enter the premises. Please note this is a non-refundable fee ; but we understand plans do change so if you can't make your original booking, please give us 24 hours notice to reschedule or your entrance fee will be lost. 
  2. For lost property should you leave anything behind. 

 


Like all Cat Cafes we charge an entrance fee, we are proud to say we are one of the cheapest in the country at £3 for those 12+ and £2 for those under 12. (Free for babies under 1 year) We charge an entrance fee due to the running costs and our licenses which is more expensive to run compared to a standard café. 


We do offer Birthday packages for those 12 and under its £18. For anyone 13+ its £20 which includes entry, drink, food and gift for birthday person. For any finer details please ask when booking.
