Welcome to our little home on the internet; filled with information about how to join us on the East Coast.
Our cat lounge isn't like any other café; we're home to so many memories from the 1950s up to the 1990s and early 2000s! Our cats; Coconut, Teddy, Stanley, Maverick, Ernie and Olive await your visit in Great Yarmouth.
Do you wish to know more about the café and the people behind the community project? Please feel free browse around our site by clicking the drop tab on the top left, or some of the buttons below.
And don't forget; we always advise booking ahead to guarantee a space with us, please head to our 'How to book!' page to find out what information we need to visit us.
All of our cats have been therapy trained, providing a soothing experience to lower stress and anxiety; among many other challenges day to day life brings us.
In 2021 the first year in our new residence we have reached new highs and found to be a top choice for travellers' choice on trip advisor. First was followed with further success in 2022 as travellers top choice.
Walking into our lounge will thrust you into the past, with a range of vintage and retro décor spanning from the 1950s-1990s.

You'll find us at 57a Marine Parade, just opposite the horse & carriages and a few minutes walk from Britannia Pier.
Being in a seaside destination, the peek times of year can vary; as do our opening hours. We're open all year round, Tuesday - Saturday (10am - 2.45pm) during off peak and Tuesday - Sunday (10am - 3.45Ppm) during the height of the holiday season.
Mondays are the main day off for the cats and staff; this also includes any Bank Holiday Monday's throughout the year.
If you wish to visit us we'd love to see you! Please call us in advance on 01493 857450 to book a slot as we're very busy and we'd hate for you to be disappointed if we're at full capacity. If we don't answer the phone, it's probably because we're busy seating people or looking after our cats, so please leave us a message and we'll get back to you to finalise your booking by the end of the day or following. A small deposit will be taken for all bookings, as is required by law for all cat lounges.
We do have a couple of steps leading into our building also some within our cafe. But don't let that hold you back as our staff are more than happy to help you in as we have more then enough to accommodate.
Due to health and safety reasons, we politely ask for mobility scooters to be left outside.
