This little pause will help us keep the café fresh, cosy, and ready to welcome you through the colder months ahead. ✨ We’ll be reopening as normal on Saturday 13th September ✨ Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see you again once we reopen! πŸ’›πŸ±

Chill Time

All of our cats are therapy trained, offering a soothing presence that helps lower stress and anxiety, along with tackling the many other challenges that come with day-to-day life. And it's not just us—they love to chill too, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere for everyone.

Travelers' Choice 2022

In 2021, our first year at our new residence, we reached new heights and were honoured to be recognized as a top choice on TripAdvisor. This success continued in 2022, where we were again named Travellers' Top Choice. We also received the same prestigious recognition in 2023 and 2024, and we’re excited to carry this momentum forward, hoping to continue our success into the future.

100% Cat Priority

Our Cats are our biggest priority, first and foremost their needs are paramount! If a cat is unwell, or needs segregating we will leave it at home  where it can rest. In extreme cases we may need to close and visit a vet. Should you have an appointment and this may need to happen,  we will contact you.  This is very unlikely, but should this happen, we like to keep you all in the loop :)

Got any questions? Head over to our FAQ page, if your question still is unanswered drop us a message below on our social media, or give us a call.

Open Hours

Being in a seaside destination, the peek times of year can vary; as do our opening hours. We're open all year round, Tuesday - Saturday (10am - 2.45pm) during off peak and Tuesday - Sunday (10am - 3.45Ppm) during the height of the holiday season.

Mondays are the main day off for the cats and staff; this also includes any Bank Holiday Monday's throughout the year.

Bookings

If you wish to visit us we'd love to see you! Please call us in advance on 01493 857450 to book a slot as we're very busy and we'd hate for you to be disappointed if we're at full capacity. If we don't answer the phone, it's probably because we're busy seating people or looking after our cats, so please leave us a message and we'll get back to you to finalise your booking by the end of the day or following. A small deposit will be taken for all bookings, as is required by law for all cat lounges.
